Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, insurance operations, business analysis, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation techniques.
• Experience working with operational reports, data reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry, regulatory, and operational developments and maintain internal tracking tools.
• Coordinate new and updated Master Data Services (MDS) field and profit center requests.
• Manage the assignment and maintenance of policy number blocks across profit centers.
• Compile, validate, and distribute monthly operational metrics reports.
• Manage biweekly WAHVE invoice processing activities and allocate expenses.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc regulatory data calls and submissions.
