Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a skilled Recruiter to connect strategy with growth in Regulatory Compliance talent. You will partner with cluster leads and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build pipelines aligned with upcoming projects.

You will develop sourcing strategies across regions, identify candidates for staff augmentation or fixed-term roles, and maintain strong relationships for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Regulatory Compliance, including validation engineers and CQV professionals.
• Working knowledge of validation and CQV terminology to discuss project experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Regulatory Compliance talent across multiple regions to support hiring and growth.
• Advise leaders on talent strategies based on business plans and project awards.
• Build proactive pipelines before requisitions open.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies by region and discipline.
• Identify candidates for staff augmentation, project-based, and fixed-term assignments.
• Maintain candidate relationships through ongoing outreach for future opportunities.
• Provide talent-market insights to advise on compensation, geography, and hiring trends.
• Consult with leaders to clarify technical needs and propose appropriate hiring approaches.
• Communicate search progress, pipeline health, risks, and next steps in updates.
• Provide quarterly talent-market insights to inform workforce planning.
