BW Design Group is seeking a senior-level Regulatory Compliance recruiting professional to drive talent strategy across multiple regions. You will partner with leaders to translate project growth into proactive talent pipelines, identify skilled candidates, and align sourcing with client demand.

The role emphasizes CQV terminology familiarity and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruiting experience in regulatory compliance, including validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting in Regulatory Compliance, including validation engineers and CQV professionals.
• Strong knowledge of validation and CQV terminology applicable to project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit specialized Regulatory Compliance talent across multiple regions to support growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Regulatory Compliance leaders, translating growth plans into talent strategy.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles before requisitions open.
• Develop regional sourcing strategies based on discipline and candidate availability.
• Identify candidates for staff augmentation, project-based, and fixed-term assignments.
• Maintain relationships through outreach as opportunities arise.
• Provide insights on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and geographic considerations.
• Consult with leaders to define technical recruiting requirements and align with business needs.
• Communicate search progress and pipeline health in regular updates.
• Share quarterly talent-market insights to inform recruiting and workforce planning.
