Volunteer State Community College is seeking a Registrar to provide strategic leadership for academic records, registration, and credential completion. The role drives enrollment management and uses data to advance student progress and completion.

The Registrar oversees records, registration across modalities, and coordination with Academic Affairs, Advising, and Student Affairs to support proactive degree planning and pathways to credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of management/supervision experience in education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with CRM and data management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use student-level data to identify opportunities to increase credential completion.
• Analyze progression patterns to identify barriers to completion and coordinate with Advising and Academic Affairs.
• Lead and improve processes for PLA, transfer credit, articulation, and related mechanisms.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and maintain data confidentiality and security.
