Job summary

Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Regional Vice President of Oncology Services for the South Atlantic Division. You will develop and execute a comprehensive oncology service line strategy, driving growth, quality, and operational excellence across multiple facilities.

You will partner with division leadership, hospitals, and physicians to standardize practices, improve outcomes, and ensure profitability while advancing cancer care across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year program).
• 5–7 years partner management, strategy or corporate development experience with proven relationship growth.
• 1–3 years oncology operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an oncology service line business plan across the continuum of care.
• Lead regional oncology service line strategy with division and hospital teams.
• Align facilities' strategies and operations for a system-wide oncology approach.
• Support physician recruitment and participate in medical staff meetings.
• Engage with service line leaders to plan for trends in protocols, technology, reimbursement, and supply utilization.
• Monitor service line quality, credentialing and performance against standards.
• Assist budgeting and improve service line profitability.
