Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in health administration or related field.
• Hospital administrative experience in oncology preferred.
• Leadership and strategic planning skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at TriStar Centennial.
• Plan strategy, budgeting, and business development.
• Ensure quality management with measurable goals.
• Oversee nurse coordinators and program staff.
• Improve transitions of care and service excellence.
• Manage pricing, reimbursement, and managed care contracts.
• Negotiate payer contracts for stem cell transplantation.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Nurse Navigation for patient connectivity.
• Maintain accreditation readiness for FACT, CAP, FDA.
• Represent hospital in CoC, NAPBC, FACT, ACR; attend meetings.
• Recommend facility improvements and quality programs.
