Arrow Electronics in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Supplier Manager II (IC) in the semiconductor sector to drive regional supplier relationships and growth. You will execute regional sales plans, forecast performance, and collaborate with global teams to meet annual goals.

The role requires 5+ years leadership experience, semiconductor experience, global supplier marketing expertise, and the ability to travel 30–50%. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in office and two at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience within the semiconductor product portfolio.
• Prior supplier marketing experience; global experience preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level interaction.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build regional relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share in respective suppliers through various programs and marketing activities.
• Accountable to regional execution of the business and sales plan.
• Monitor and forecast performance within the region.
• Collaborate with the Global Supplier Management team to execute regional annual goals to advance the business.
• Establish appropriate branch and territory performance review cadence both internally and externally with suppliers to execute strategic initiatives.
• Execute go to market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments aligning regional investment to support.
• Field and resolve supplier and Arrow organization escalations.
• This position is a 70/30 split-the compensation posted includes the commission

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or an engineering related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience within the semiconductor product portfolio.
• Prior supplier marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
• Strong existing relationships deep and wide inside the industry.
• Data driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50%. Varies by month and quarter.

Work Arrangement

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$102,900.00 - $140,142.82

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
