Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across Ohio/Pennsylvania. You will lead on-site teams, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring financial and operational alignment with company goals.

You will conduct hiring, coaching, and evaluations, coordinate with HR, and implement strategies to optimize occupancy, budgets, and vendor management across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; experience may substitute for education.
• Four years in multifamily property management, with at least two years in a Community Manager role.
• 3rd party management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office; revenue management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for all site-level positions within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching, and performance reviews to mentor and develop teams.
• Coordinate with HR on HR issues and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and host regular client calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up after visits and calls.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community; strategize weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Approve expense requests and manage expense reporting to align with budgets.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and timely submission to clients.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties and routine preventive maintenance.
