Job summary

Signode is seeking a Sr. Regional Sales Consultant in the North Central region to deliver top-tier sales and service.

You will leverage Signode packaging solutions to meet client needs, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities across a $5-12 million territory. The role requires 5+ years of external consultative sales experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel up to 65% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years outside consultative sales experience; industrial sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% within the territory.
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• CRM experience with Salesforce or D365.
• Ability to navigate PowerBI dashboards.
• Experience in territory planning and accounts development.

Responsibilities

• Sell through a consultative, solutions-driven approach to a comprehensive packaging system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals using Signode products and services.
• Develop deep knowledge of Signode products, services and applications.
• Build networks with industry leaders and participate in trade shows and industry groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams on account management, projects, and initiatives.
• Support the national account team within the assigned territory.
