Job summary

Signode Industrial Group is seeking a Distribution Sales Consultant to drive local pull-through and co-sell with national distributors in the Roselle, IL region. You will manage regional distributor relationships and promote Signode's packaging systems to meet customer needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, territory travel up to 65%, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with CRM, Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in distribution channels.
• Basic knowledge of Signode's products and applications to sell solutions.
• Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on Power BI, with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide top sales and service in the defined territory.
• Promote Signode's packaging system to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate volume, contracts, and pricing with distributor principals and executives.
• Build networks and relationships with industry distributors and customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service for smooth order fulfillment.
