Job summary

ROVEMA North America is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle for capital packaging equipment across the southern United States and broader North American market. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering technically optimized packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in capital equipment/industrial automation.
• Experience managing complex territory sales activities and customer relationships.
• Ability to travel North America ~50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete sales process for capital packaging equipment and integrated systems in assigned NA territory.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities; develop territory growth strategy.
• Lead negotiations, quotations, and order intake; maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers to design customized packaging solutions.
• Present ROI analyses and investment justifications to customers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory updates to management.
