Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to Facilities Managers and their teams.
• Travel within Northern California to support facility operations.
• Drive improvements in processes, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage operating and capital budgets across locations.
• Build strong client relationships and lead discussions on strategy and performance.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Champion health and safety initiatives.
