  • Lead advanced training programs focused on maintenance operations, repair procedures, safety protocols, and facilities management best practices.
  • Drive high-level problem-solving and decision-making, addressing complex organizational challenges and implementing innovative solutions where established processes may not exist.
  • Model and promote CBRE's RISE values, positively influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration to achieve shared business objectives.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant facilities, operations, or property management experience. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered. Prior people management experience is required.
