Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to provide strategic employee relations support across CBC service areas, including East Texas, Central Texas, and Texoma. The role partners with the ERS and North TX counterpart to ensure policy alignment and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations, guiding leaders, developing corrective actions, and supporting HR initiatives. Regular travel across CBC locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance to leaders, managers, and employees.
• Develop corrective actions, performance plans, and evaluations for consistency across CBC sites.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and federal/state employment laws; coordinate accommodations.
• Partner with North TX ER counterpart and Learning & Development to implement training and policies.
• Travel regularly between CBC locations to support sites and projects.
