Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a senior leader to develop and standardize system-wide colleague relations across the Regional Health Ministries (RHM). You will drive policy, program management, and stakeholder alignment, collaborating with COE leadership and HRBPs to maintain a mission-focused culture.

The role requires strong leadership, high diplomacy, and the ability to manage sensitive investigations and change initiatives across diverse sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor & Industrial Relations or related field.
• Five years of progressive colleague relations experience with investigations and dispute resolution.
• Master’s degree and healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily functions of the Colleague Relations Partners within the region.
• Develops and implements system-wide colleague relations policies and programs.
• Conducts investigations, reports on trends, and manages complex transitions.
