Walgreens is seeking a senior sales professional to promote specialty pharmacy services to physicians, nurses, practice managers and other referral sources in an assigned territory in Los Angeles. You will develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and work across a matrixed organization to align store operations, managed markets, government affairs and more.

You will rely on your business acumen to grow referrals, manage accounts, and influence decision-makers

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with pharma/healthcare sales experience or HS diploma with 10 years sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, hospitals, case managers, nurses and clinics.
• Strategic business planning to hit targets in a multi-million dollar territory.
• Ability to diagnose, isolate and resolve complex issues and implement strategies.
• Collaborates with internal and external resources to meet dept and org goals.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and specialty pharmacy payer segments; hospital billing familiarity.
• Experience analyzing sales data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and ability to escalate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Walgreens specialty pharmacy services to targeted physicians, nurses, and referral sources.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Build and manage professional relationships to support initiatives and opportunities.
• Account management—understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Community Pharmacy, and Marketing.
• Influence and communicate effectively to drive customer commitment.
