Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment to implementation and value realization.
• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and coordinate initiatives with Finance, IT, Operations, Product, Clinical, and others.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications based on baselines and assumptions.
• Coordinate budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance with governance reviews to senior leadership.
