Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to steer enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from opportunity assessment through adoption and value realization. The role emphasizes influence over direct authority, guiding cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical to deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate will develop business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, and financial justifications, aligning projects with hard-dollar savings,

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
Ability to develop ROI/TCO models and business cases.
Proven track record presenting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Strong budget, risk, and issue-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Assess current-state operations, baselines, pain points and cost drivers.
Design scalable solutions to improve efficiency, throughput and customer experience.
Define requirements and transition initiatives to owners with clear controls.
Lead vendor evaluations, RFIs/RFPs, due diligence, and implementation oversight.
Develop cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to support decisions.
Provide data-driven advice on performance, cost optimization, and growth.
Translate complex challenges into clear options and transformation roadmaps.
Present progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
