• Develop TCO/cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions.
• Provide data-driven guidance to executives on performance, cost optimization, and growth.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Present progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and governance forums.
