• Coordinate with Finance to validate benefits and track realized results.
• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives.
• Present progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and escalation against scope and timeline.
