Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise-wide process transformations that boost performance and customer experience. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment through adoption and value realization.

You will coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and others, guiding through influence and delivering measurable benefits while managing budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide process transformation.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across multiple functions.
• Strong capability in ROI/TCO modeling and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state operations and performance baselines.
• Design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Define implementation requirements and transition completed initiatives to operational owners with clear controls and performance measures.
• Lead vendor evaluations, RFIs/RFPs, due diligence, implementation oversight, and performance assessments; support contracting in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
• Develop TCO models, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to support recommendations and investment decisions.
• Provide data-driven advice to executive stakeholders on operational performance, cost optimization, scalability, and growth.
• Translate complex challenges into clear options, recommendations, decisions, and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Present progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decision requests to senior leaders and governance forums.
