Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive complex cross-functional initiatives, from opportunity assessment and business-case development to implementation, adoption, and realized benefits. The role emphasizes influence over direct authority and oversees the enterprise roadmap with measurable value realization.

Responsibilities include coordinating Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical teams, managing budgets and risks, and delivering data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferred MBA or other relevant advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, finance, product, and clinical.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and delivery against scope, timeline, and quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
