Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with two years recruitment experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Understanding of CRM philosophy and familiarity with Slate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment budgets for the School.
• Develop and maintain annual recruitment and enrollment plans.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment marketing and communication plans.
• Coordinate with chairs, program directors, and offices to meet enrollment goals.
• Supervise the Student Recruiter and Admissions Coordinator.
• Represent the School in recruitment-related activities.
