Job summary

The College of Architecture and Design seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to develop and implement strategies that recruit undergraduate and graduate students, support enrollment goals, and foster college-wide engagement with prospective students and families.

The role leads on- and off-campus recruitment events, builds partnerships with high schools, colleges, alumni and community partners, analyzes data to refine outreach, and travels regionally and nationally to broaden access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalents considered where appropriate.
• Experience in student recruitment, higher education admissions, or related outreach.
• Knowledge of recruitment events and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students.
• Develop and lead on- and off-campus recruitment events and travel regionally and nationally.
• Collaborate with admissions and college partners to guide students through the process.
• Develop recruitment pipelines with schools, universities, alumni and community partners.
