Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree and two years recruitment experience in local, national, or international markets.
• Understanding of CRM philosophy and familiarity with CRM technologies, such as Slate.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment budgets and develops annual recruitment plans.
• Creates and maintains data-informed recruitment and enrollment strategies across regional, national, and international markets.
• Develops recruitment marketing and communication plans, including digital campaigns and events.
• Supervises staff (Student Recruiter, Admissions Coordinator) and collaborates with offices across the university.
• Coordinates with central units to ensure alignment of enrollment goals with program needs.
