Job summary

University of Kansas in Topeka/ KU campus seeks a leader to develop, implement, and manage recruitment and enrollment strategies across the School of Architecture and Design. You will work with deans, chairs, and program directors, plus central offices, to align data-informed plans with university priorities.

The role supervises the Student Recruiter and Admissions Coordinator, serving on the Dean’s leadership team and coordinating with Enrollment Management and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with two years recruitment experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with CRM technologies, such as Slate.
• Ability to work with a wide range of populations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual recruitment and enrollment plans.
• Oversees recruitment budgets and collaborates with stakeholders.
• Creates recruitment marketing and communications plans.
• Supervises the School's Student Recruiter and Admissions Coordinator.
• Coordinates recruitment events and campus activities.
