Job summary

Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions, is seeking a Recruiter Business Partner to join our team in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA. This 11-month contract role offers the chance to influence offer strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding across high‑volume hiring.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage offers and immigration support, and drive process improvements to deliver quality hires on time within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting offer management and candidate closing.
• Proven ability to manage 50+ candidates through offer and onboarding.
• Experience with employment-based immigration processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet SLAs in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate data in an ATS.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the offer, closing, and onboarding process.
• Provide data-driven guidance on compensation, job leveling, and offer strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured interview coordination, and efficient offer execution.
• Manage employment-based immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to support visa sponsorships and transfers.
• Own the end-to-end offer process, including approvals, offer generation, extensions, negotiations, and acceptance.
• Respond to pre-boarding questions and coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and support interviewer calibration to maintain consistent hiring standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency and quality of hire.
• Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with recruiters, compensation teams, immigration specialists, and hiring managers to support hiring objectives.
