Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to align business workforce needs with scalable talent acquisition strategy. The RBP partners with VPs, hiring managers, HR, Finance, and TA leadership to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities and capacity plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• 3+ years partnering with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring forecasts.
• Experience using recruiting data and market intelligence to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partnerships with assigned business verticals and serve as the primary TA advisor to leaders and HR partners.
• Translate objectives and forecasted demand into actionable talent strategies and hiring priorities.
• Establish and lead the operating rhythm for demand planning, prioritization, and reporting.
• Monitor requisition health, funnel performance, offer outcomes, and time-to-fill; mitigate risks.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning and external market conditions; adjust sourcing strategies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on expectations, timelines, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to deploy capacity across priority needs and address constraints.
• Develop executive dashboards and recommendations to inform hiring decisions.
