Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to align workforce needs with scalable talent acquisition strategy across business units. You will partner closely with VPs, hiring managers, HR, Finance, and TA leadership to translate workforce plans into priorities and capacity, while driving high-quality, predictable hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring forecasts for complex organizations.
• Experience using recruiting data and market intelligence to prioritize demand and guide decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS, candidate relationship management tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partnerships with assigned business verticals and serve as the primary TA advisor to leaders, managers, HR and Finance.
• Translate objectives and forecasted demand into hiring priorities and capacity plans.
• Lead operating rhythm for groups including demand planning, forecasting, reporting and executive updates.
• Monitor funnel performance, time-to-fill, and requisition health; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning and sourcing/selection strategies.
• Ensure alignment on hiring expectations, interview readiness, and escalation pathways.
• Collaborate with TA peers and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated hiring solutions.
• Develop executive-ready communications and business reviews on performance and risks.
