Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to act as a strategic talent advisor, aligning business workforce needs with scalable recruitment strategies. You will partner with VPs, hiring managers, HR, Finance, and TA leadership to translate workforce plans into clear hiring priorities and capacity plans.

Based in Seattle with onsite presence, you will own hiring partnerships, lead demand planning and execution, monitor funnel metrics, and drive improvements to recruiting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• 3+ years partnering with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partnerships with assigned business verticals; serve as the primary TA advisor to business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and Finance.
• Translate workforce plans and forecasted demand into actionable talent strategies and hiring priorities.
• Establish and lead the operating rhythm for aligned business groups, including demand planning and forecasting.
• Monitor hiring-plan attainment, funnel performance, time-to-fill, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, market conditions, and sourcing/selection strategies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment on hiring expectations, timelines, and interview readiness.
• Partner with Recruiting Managers to ensure capacity is deployed across priority needs.
• Lead executive-ready communications and reviews to articulate performance and decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and governance.
