Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent acquisition coordination or related recruiting operations roles.
• 3+ years people management experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong strategic thinking and program management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiting coordinators and RC leads with clear performance goals and growth.
• Define and own the strategy for TA interview coordination, establishing standards, SLAs, and best practices at scale.
• Partner with TA leadership, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders to align coordination with recruiting strategy.
• Drive program and process improvements, evaluating and implementing tools, systems, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across varying hiring volumes to maintain continuity.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
