Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Sr. Client Lead Recruiter to partner with business groups across Space Vehicles Talent Acquisition. You will drive candidate attraction, interview readiness, and closing offers while shaping recruitment strategy and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with HR partners and managers to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values safety, collaboration, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive candidate attraction and engagement to build a talent pipeline.
• Prepare candidates for interviews to improve readiness and outcomes.
• Lead interview debriefs and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
• Manage offers and closing processes to secure top talent.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including market research and employer branding.
• Establish regular reporting with assigned teams and stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle recruiting for senior or leadership roles.
