Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a high-performing, full-cycle recruiter to design and run a modern, automated recruiting process for our property management teams across the country. You'll source and close standout talent, build scalable workflows, and partner with hiring managers to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire while potentially leading a small recruiting team as the function matures.

Starting hands-on, you will cover high-priority roles, learn market nuances, and drive automation choices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume or multi-site hiring.
• Hands-on ATS experience, preferably Greenhouse.
• Ability to build recruiting dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of labor markets across geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for property management roles across markets.
• Source and close high-performing talent and define success criteria.
• Design scalable, automated recruiting process and implement tech.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leaders on strategy.
