Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking a Recruiting Lead to build and lead the recruiting function, aligning with business leaders to attract top talent across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. The role ensures an efficient, compliant hiring experience and data-driven process improvements.

You will guide full-cycle recruitment, optimize ATS, and collaborate with HRIS to enhance workflows and candidate experience on-site in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR and recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years leading a recruiting team in Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with the implementation of talent attraction strategies.
• Knowledge of HR Information System, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting analytics, and employment best practices.
• Good working knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
• Previous experience with internal and external stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to plan, forecast, and execute Quanta’s strategies to attract and hire talent.
• Partner with management team and business leaders to understand workforce needs, review forecasts and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent availability, hiring risks, and pipeline development.
• Manage staffing agencies to leverage recruiting efforts and other services in support of business growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding initiation.
• Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist and the team to optimize ATS, maintain career pages, improve workflows, and implement automation.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with federal and California employment laws, company policies, immigration regulation updates and fair hiring practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes through technology, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with staffing partners, community groups, local schools, and workforce development organizations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.
