Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations; 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operational processes for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead and develop the operations team with performance goals.
• Develop and manage the operations budget and monitor financial metrics.
• Collaborate with PM, Quality, and Engineering to ensure cohesive support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Report performance to senior management.
