Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field such as Quality, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in supplier, manufacturing, or quality engineering roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of inspection plans for complex projects.
• Review NRE documentation to define inspection points and quality requirements.
• Analyze production quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with Test, Process Engineering and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor processes for compliance and recommend adjustments.
• Present findings and improvements in quality review meetings.
• Manage line rejection investigations (LRR/VLRR) and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee customer-requested inspections and ensure timely reporting.
• Support supplier quality by evaluating performance and corrective actions.

Education
