Job summary

Siegfried Advisory is seeking a Recruiting Director to lead end-to-end recruiting across Financial Advisory, Tax Advisory, Operations, and Leadership roles. You will scale direct sourcing, reduce agency reliance, and align recruiting with growth objectives, while delivering a superior candidate experience.

This senior leadership role requires hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment and the ability to build a scalable recruiting function across service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of recruiting experience in professional services, finance, accounting, and tax talent.
• Proven experience building and scaling recruiting functions and direct sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the recruiting process from initial candidate engagement through close.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to hiring needs.
• Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Develop and coach recruiting coordinators to deliver high performance.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
