Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business related field.
• At least 18 months in Recruiting Coordination or HR Specialist role in tech.
• Experience using recruitment tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employment data and set recruitment KPIs.
• Evaluate recruiting processes and report ROI.
• Review applications and match with job requirements for interviews.
• Recommend effective recruitment strategies and criteria.
• Manage interview training across the company.
• Streamline interview processes and provide reporting to management.
• Prepare employment records for hires, terminations, leaves, transfers.
• Lead onboarding for new hires as the company grows.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop personnel policies.
