Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Proven ability to document repeatable processes and maintain data hygiene in recruiting systems.
• Experience with recruiting programs and offer letter management.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling tooling.
• Lead recruiting coordination team performance: scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics.
• Translate strategy into documented, repeatable processes for scale.
• Ensure data hygiene across recruiting systems and reliable reporting inputs.
• Partner with People Operations on shared responsibilities, including background checks and offers.
