You will collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate and new hire experience in a fast-paced environment. The position follows a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week at the Saint Petersburg corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting coordination, onboarding, talent acquisition operations, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones; manage calendars and logistics.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities from offer to start date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout scheduling or onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and other systems; ensure data integrity.
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience.
