• Refresh and execute a national recruiting strategy that accelerates advisor growth.
• Lead recruitment teams and analyze advisor movement patterns.
• Partner with business leaders and Advisor affiliation teams across the firm.
• Steer initiatives to modernize recruiting practices, processes and technology.
• Lead consultative conversations with prospective advisors across all channels.
