Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Chapel Hill, NC, hybrid role. You will support the HR team by coordinating the recruiting process from job posting through onboarding, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Youll post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage assessments, travel, and recruiting records. Strong communication and organization are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• One to two years of administrative experience.
• Previous recruiting coordination or HR support experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruiting team on job advertising.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview calendars and logistics throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, travel details, and recruiting updates.
• Send pre-employment assessments, personality assessments, and background checks.
• Track and maintain assessments, applications, and other recruiting records in ATS and candidate files.
• Conduct employment reference checks and maintain documentation.
• Track and submit monthly recruiting expense reporting.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other travel needs.
• Provide other administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed.
