This is a fully on-site role for someone who is passionate about building strong teams and representing an organization within the community. You will partner closely with hiring managers to support company-wide hiring needs and help attract top talent. This position plays a key role in shaping the candidate experience and strengthening the company’s presence with local communities and educational institutions. Light travel to career fairs and company locations will be requited however this position does come with a company car.
