Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs and deploy tailored recruiting strategies, building a strong candidate pipeline and serving as a SME on market trends.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct structured interviews, and coach candidates. This role emphasizes client engagement, performance KPIs, and team leadership in absence of management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.
