Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. The role involves building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, advising on market trends, and aligning recruitment strategies with client objectives.

You will conduct structured interviews, screen candidates, and coach them for success, while redeploying workers and maintaining strong relationships with clients and associates.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years recruiting experience.
• Experience with staffing or HR solutions industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop and deploy client- and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and improve service levels.
