Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored strategies, and build a broad candidate pipeline while serving as a SME on market trends.

You will guide candidates through resumes, interviews, and coaching, liaise with hiring managers to understand needs, and ensure strong service levels and successful placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline; engage passive and active candidates.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and roles.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Administer job postings across systems; provide timely updates to clients.
