You will build a robust candidate pipeline, guide applicants through the interview process, and align strategies with client objectives to ensure staffing success.

Expect collaboration with hiring managers, proactive candidate engagement, and ongoing market trend awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years recruiting experience.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define objectives and strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Utilize prescreening to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintain records of candidate activity and client communications.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Lead or escalate in absence of management; participate in special projects.
