Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience required.
• Strong communication and interview skills with candidates and clients.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
