Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for various clients. You will analyze hiring needs, craft client-specific recruiting strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet market demands.

As a Recruiter, you will coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation, screen for qualifications and culture fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to optimize service levels and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or relevant experience.
• Previous experience with staffing or human resources solutions is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Analyze hiring needs and develop client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and market knowledge.
• Coach candidates on resumes, interview preparation, and role fit.
• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and improve service levels.
• Lead in the absence of management and address issues with clients and associates.
