Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using a range of channels.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate submission and hiring support.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified talent aligned with client needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and goals.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with detailed assessments.
